Manage the complete training lifecycle from a single Platform
Plan, publish, manage registrations, deliver training, assess, certify and track every activity while connecting members, learners, instructors and the Technical Secretariat.
Training stops operating as an isolated application and becomes part of the organization’s processes, data and services.
Training starts before the classroom and continues after the course
A training activity involves much more than publishing content. The organization needs to coordinate its offering, registration, access, teaching, assessment, communications, certification and follow-up.

Plan and publish
Organize courses by categories, editions, methodologies and target groups, and present the offering through catalogues, maps and filters.

Register and provide access
Manage forms, automatic member registration, places and payments, connecting One-Stop Services with the private area.

Deliver and support
Combine content, lessons, SCORM, documentation, videoconferencing and communication between learners and instructors.

Assess and certify
Configure tests and exams, monitor progress and grades, issue certificates and analyze each participant’s development.
From planning to follow-up, without breaking the journey
The Platform connects stages that are normally spread across the website, eLearning, payments, the private area and administrative tools.
Capabilities that support every stage of the process
Here we retain the most important capabilities of the current solution, placing them within the real training journey.
A training catalogue connected to One-Stop Services
Courses can be organized using categories and filters —year, methodology, target group or other criteria— to make discovery easier. From each activity page, users can review the summary and start registration.
Registration can include a payment gateway and, when the user is already a member, reuse existing data to simplify the process and automatically connect the activity with their private area.
- Classification by categories and criteria.
- Catalogue and activity pages.
- Online registration and payment gateway.
- Member recognition and continuity into the Member Portal.

A learning environment integrated into the private area
Once registered, members can access their course list and the relevant information for each activity from their private area. Within the course, they have section navigation, instructions, content and a dashboard.
Activities, grades, satisfaction surveys, videoconferences and certificates can all be part of the same environment, maintaining continuity between registration, learning and the relationship with the organization.
- Personal course list.
- Lessons and scheduled activities.
- Dashboard and progress tracking.
- Grades, surveys and certificates.

Configurable quizzes and exams
Quizzes can be used as learning checks or formal exams. Self-assessment, minimum passing grades, retries, saved progress and different question types can all be configured.
Assessments can be embedded directly into a lesson and include true/false, multiple choice, text, matrix or document-upload responses.
- Tests and exams.
- Minimum passing grade and self-assessment.
- Configurable retries and resume-later options.
- Different question and evidence formats.

Content, documentation and SCORM experiences
Lessons can combine different content formats and additional documentation. SCORM compatibility makes it possible to incorporate interactive, structured experiences within the learning journey itself.
This means the module does not limit training to a document library: it can integrate sequential, interactive and assessable content.
- Multimedia content and documentation.
- Lesson-based structure.
- SCORM content integration.
- Learner progress tracking.

Learners, instructors and live sessions
The organization can manage learner and instructor data and activity, review their actions and facilitate online communication between participants and instructors. Profiles can be configured as public or private depending on the context.
Videoconferencing integration makes it possible to organize real-time sessions, retain meeting history and manage meeting requests between participants and instructors.
- Learner and instructor management.
- Learner / instructor communication.
- Videoconference sessions.
- Meeting history and management.

The Technical Secretariat and tutors share an operational view
By course, class or cohort, the Technical Secretariat and tutor-administrators can review participants, registration status, progress, grades and certificates.
Tracking makes it possible to drill down from each participant to their progress by lesson and, where assessments are involved, to the detail of responses or results.
- Participants by course and cohort.
- Registration status and updates.
- Progress, grades and certificates.
- Drill-down by learner, lesson and assessment.

Training & Education connects with the rest of the organization
Value increases when training activities share people, data and processes with other Platform modules.
Processes ready to incorporate automation, data and AI
On an integrated foundation, selected steps can evolve progressively: assistance with content preparation, information classification and processing, contextual communications, activity analysis or automation of administrative tasks.
Intelligence is introduced where it adds value to the process; it does not turn every function into a separate Intelligent Workflow.
Support for FUNDAE-related processes
The solution also supports needs related to training that may qualify under Spain’s Fundación Estatal para la Training en el Empleo (FUNDAE) mechanisms, preserving this established Platform capability.
