Challenge

To implement a model of innovation, as a driving force for the development of the centre, that allows us to carry out a schedule centred on the residents and their families, starting with the presentation of Services and Facilities, to the future establishing standards of Training and the applied knowledge management of the employees.

Solution

We started with a radical change in the Center’s website and we plan to continue with the Family Portal, and study how to improve online incident management and collaboration tools for Center professionals.

Outcomes

We have initiated a process that places the resident and their relatives at the center of the organization, incorporating a vision of “customer orientation”. We want to continue facilitating the audit and inspection work of the Administration, improving staff training and access to the information of resident families.
