Corporate summary of your scientific society, with quick access to the different sections of the web portal and its offer in terms of service lines.

The positioning of the most important and outstanding communications is also carried out, as well as the most recent publications, the event agenda, and other related links of interest, including the Society on social networks.

Content distribution

The top menu has a search engine, direct access to the Partner portal, to the work areas that make up your society, and the sections associated with the strategic lines of your scientific society: Research, Training and Quality Assistance.

Members have a drop-down submenu with accessibility to any page of the Web Portal, speeding up access to all the contents that the portal has.

Content Categorization

Have a side menu for the different pages with all the contents and information of the section in which you are located, hierarchically categorized and with drop-down accordion formats.

Through a button at the top of the side menu, direct access to the services of the section is allowed, thus establishing a link to the Online Services catalog provided by your foundation. This achieves optimal organization of your foundation’s content, as well as two-way navigation with related Services.

Area from which the member can see the complete catalog of services, distinguishing between the different Lines of their Organization, and in turn facilitating all interactions with the Technical Secretariat of the Foundation.

Everything in one place

The search for registration applications for new members, the training offer, registration for events and in Work Areas, the application for Projects and scholarships, the application for quality certificates and accreditations, and finally, making queries or incidents.

Online Processes

Within each service, additional information and forms are displayed in the side menu that are used to carry out registration processes through the Technical Secretariat. For payment services, they have an “Add to cart” button, which gives access to an online purchasing process (checkout) via an electronic payment gateway.

It is possible to have charging rules depending on the role of the applicant, such as a course offered free of charge for Members. Once the process is completed, the user will be able to consult and access all of their transactions through the Partner’s private area.

Online Services Integration

Essenzial carries out the automatic integration of all its services, allowing all transactions on the Web and the Single Window to reach the Technical Secretariat work area (Backend), thanks to the automation of a large part of the processes that were manual in the past.

Helpdesk and Member Service

Member queries entered into the Single Window from the website are transferred to the Society’s Administration layer, in what we call the helpdesk of the Scientific Society or Foundation.

In a single place, all the organizational layers of the Technical Secretariat (Administration, Training, Research, Quality, Communication, Publications, etc.) have all the tickets that professionals have opened, and the responses to them that they provide. Each Consultation has its status, priority and type, contributing to an improvement in the Quality of service to the professional.
