Modularization in groups
Each area of your organization can have work groups, and centralizing them all grouped by their corresponding areas means an improvement in member access.
In addition, you will also be able to make available to professionals more information of interest in this same area, such as the group meeting, documentation, projects carried out and underway, etc…
Access request
Within each working group, partners will have detailed information on its mission, its most recent publications and the projects it carries out, both past and in development.
To request access, members have registration forms with which to contact theTechnical Secretariatin charge of registering them.
Acceso a los Workspaces
In the Areas section of the private area, all the information regarding the work groups of which the partners are part is presented. The associated Online Services allow you to make new registration requests to the different areas, without having to return to the single window.
The Company’s Work Areas use the Virtual Workspaces accessible, both from the Member Portal and from the aforementioned Online Services.
Forums and Groups
The forum shows all the debates in which group participants can take part, along with the possibility of opening a new one. Additionally, each group can create its own forum, and multiple groups can also be attached to the same discussion space.
In addition, there is a list of members of the group, which can be sorted by various filters, and from which you can add contacts as friends or open private communications with them.
Comfort in the area
Within each work group, as well as in the other services that make up the solution, there is a side menu with direct access to the different sections that make it up.
This menu accompanies professionals in each section of the virtual workspace, facilitating navigation through it and making the content more accessible by having it available at all times.
Activity management
Both work groups and other areas of society have calendars of events and activities in which these are reflected.
In addition, they have a high degree of detail for each one, showing extra information and allowing filtering based on criteria such as seeing only the selected week and month, or the entire agenda for a given year.
Administration and monitoring
In the “Areas” administration section of the backend solution, the Technical Secretariat of your company will have access to all the foundation’s working work groups.
When selecting any of the groups, a second screen will be displayed with the participants, both active participants and members who have requested access, which can be granted from here. Additionally, by selecting a participant, you can track their interactions and progress within the work group.
