Catalogue
All courses are organized using maps and filters that help the member to carry out quick searches with respect to different parameters, such as the exercise, training methodology, and the group to which it is directed.
After accessing one of the courses in the catalog and viewing a summary, the member can register through an electronic payment gateway. If you have previously registered as a Member, the registration will be carried out automatically.
Access to courses
Once the member accesses the Private Area, they can see the list of courses in which they registered through the registration process carried out from the Single Window, along with other information of interest.
Within a course there are two areas with which to navigate, a side bar that shows the different sections of the course with quick access and the main section that shows the sections of the course, such as general instructions, the contents and control panel.
Conducting courses
Within a lesson, the member can view the scheduled activities and the syllabus offered in different formats. The lesson questionnaires can be used as checkpoints, or as exams that will contain multiple choice questions, text or files.
Any question or videoconference organized during the course is visible from the control panel, along with complementary information about qualifications, satisfaction survey and certificate of course completion.
Students and Teachers
You can manage data and review the actions of both students and teachers, as well as all online student/instructor communication processes. Student profiles can be public or private.
Students can see the results of their evaluations after completing the exams, and even restart them to improve learning if the evaluation test has been parameterized this way.
Quizzes and exams
Have a completely customizable and adaptable exam area to your needs, being able to parameterize whether it is self-assessable or not, whether it requires a minimum pass mark and the value of this… in addition to having of different types of questions, such as true/false, multiple response, document upload, etc…

Administration and Monitoring
By selecting the course and Class or promotion thereof, you have access to the different registered Participants from the Web (online purchase or in-person registration form). This screen contains the information associated with the registration status, which can be updated by the Technical Secretariat or by the Tutor Administrators of each course.
It also has the student’s progress and grade, as well as a certificate, if it has already been generated manually or automatically. By doing Drill-Down from a Participant, you can visualize the evolution of the training activity by lessons, and within these, by questions from the associated questionnaire if it has one.
