The service includes the Implementation and Maintenance of the Application, the Platform (framework where it is developed, associated security and performance issues) and the base Infrastructure (Cloud hosting where it is hosted, SSL secure protocol).

Depending on the number. of users and the degree of concurrency, you can additionally choose a superior Infrastructure.

The Domain and Emails are the responsibility of the Client, although Essenzial can advise you, and may even include them as an additional part of the standard Service Plans.

Essenzial Solutions are provided as “Provision of a Service“, so that we assume full responsibility for their development and periodic updating, as well as the necessary infrastructure, security and communications.

This mode is also known as “Software as a Service”, and is similar to Vehicle Rental in its conception, since you pay per use monthly, and at the end of the agreement (in case the client want to dispense with the service at some point), the client has the Purchase Option of the solution.

The Purchase Option, in case of cancellation/termination of the agreement, can be carried out through the Residual Value of the Solution, as the difference between the theoretical value, less the initial fee that was paid at the time of implementation/go to production, less accumulated depreciation.

The Theoretical Value of the Solution consists of 3 types of costs: the cost of the solution, the cost of the initial implementation and the costs associated with the improvements implemented throughout the provision of the service.

You can cancel the agreement at any time, without delays or penalties.

As we indicated in the previous point, you will always have the purchase option during the first 3 months after canceling the service agreement.

All our plans have a one-month free trial.

If at the end of said trial, you do not wish to formalize the service agreement, Essenzial will not charge any type of penalty.

To be entitled to the Solution Purchase Option, it is necessary to previously formalize a services agreement.

Essenzial is implemented quickly. With your active collaboration, and depending on the service plan chosen, you can have a standard solution starting in 8 weeks.

Since the intellectual property of the Content belongs to your organization, it is the Client’s responsibility to provide the texts, videos and other media material that you wish to incorporate into the online courses / virtual rooms. The main reason that both accounts (Vimeo and Zoom), with a reduced subscription cost, are provided by your Organization at the beginning of the project, is to provide independence and autonomy, if at any time you decide to suspend the service.
