Have an overview of how members relate to the different services your company offers, the activities they have been part of, the queries they have made and the open tickets, or the management of recurring charges and their periodicity.
Likewise, you can take the opposite view and see how each service line relates to partners through the Research, Areas, Training, Quality or Events layers.
Integration Capacity
You can load your databases with the partners you want from CSV files, allowing you to carry out a massive load of information with a single import.

Foundation electoral process
Essenzial’s solution incorporates the possibility of carrying out periodic voting within its foundation. Candidates may present their candidacy through a newsletter, of which voting members will be notified.
Candidates will be registered in the administration solution and forms and password-protected pages will be prepared for voting. Voting will be protected, in such a way that the validity of the voting is ensured and only one vote per member is allowed, validating their credentials.
Electoral Exercise
This section shows a history of the different electoral exercises, in addition to their status, which can be open or closed.
Each exercise has a breakdown of the different candidates for said electoral process, as well as its census, both sections with detailed information.
Candidacies
In this section you will have detailed information about the candidates, the position they hold at the time of the electoral process and their exercise.
Census
The census is loaded based on the members who are up to date with their payments and who accept communications at the time of the beginning of the electoral process.
In addition, it will have control measures, such as detailed data and monitoring of votes, so that votes cannot be repeated by the same member, or that members who do not belong to the census cannot vote.
Votes
This section lists all the votes that have been received for a specific electoral exercise, showing their details.
Entering any of them details information of interest such as the vote code, the exercise to which it belongs, the census, the candidate voted for, as well as the voter’s IP and where the vote was cast from.
Process management
At the end of the process, the pages with the voting forms are closed, and reports are prepared based on the data obtained in the different tables mentioned above.
Furthermore, to facilitate the work of the Technical Secretariat of your company, you will have a record of all the processes filtered by electoral exercises.
